Participants will learn about several tools that help groups pause, reflect and break down the steps to learn from their actions. Tools include, yet are not limited to, Emergent Learning Cycle and Before and After Action Reviews. Participants will be introduced to several tools that help groups assess where they are in a process, elevate progress made, and plan forward.
