Dana Wood

Dana is a Civic Canopy Associate and is well versed in co-creating equitable best practices, facilitating gatherings, and providing coaching for nonprofit organizations. Grounded in developing community based solutions and building trusted relationships, Dana believes in the power of community and that the ‘whole is greater than the sum of its parts.’ She brings experience in public health, nonprofit operations, food justice, grant management, community engagement, and government. She is also deeply rooted in her own community and serves as a Planning and Zoning Commissioner for the Town of Silt and a board member for Highwater Farm in Silt, Colorado.
